A final farewell to the actor, sadly passed away too soon…
The funeral of Heath Ledger, found dead in his apartment in Soho, will be held this Saturday, February 9, in the strictest intimacy in his hometown of Perth, Western Australia.
For the moment, a ceremony that was attended by more than 500 people was held this morning in a school, the Penrhos College, in the south of Perth. Among those present included the former girlfriend of the actor, the Australian model Gemma Ward, his ex-wife Michelle Williams arrived without her daughter Mathilda but supported by the sister of the actor, Kate, and so on. The funeral should take place in a few hours in the Karrakatta cemetery in Perth. His father, Kim Ledger, told the media: “I just ask you to respect our privacy.
